Create and effectively execute lesson plans that are carefully catered to meet each child where they are developmentally. Lead circle time lessons as well as small group lessons daily to offer students a range of learning styles to achieve their own learning objectives. Care for and support several students in academic and personal growth. Clean and maintain a healthy learning environment at all times. Observe and record each students progress throughout a school year.
