  • Started as an Accounts Payable Clerk, vouchering invoices, printing the weekly check run, and invoicing parts and supplies to customers.
  • In April 2002, I took a position in the Returns Department, handling customer calls and emails requesting RMAs and orders for replacement parts. I also issued credits, billed out customer repairs, arranged the return of faulty parts to vendors globally, and created and received POs for repair charges.
  • In August 2013, I was promoted to Reverse Logistics Supervisor. In addition, running various reports, creating, and updating department procedures, I still perform the same duties.
  • June 2023 started a new position as the Precision Optics Coordinator. This position supports the sales and service department. Sending quotes to customers for parts and services. Entering customer orders, creating POs for customer machines, and parts orders. Coordinating trips to trade shows and in-house customer training.
