Betzy Barraza

Motivated and proactive professional with experience in workplace safety and administrative support within industrial and construction environments. I currently work at Fisher Industries as a Payroll Assistant, where I am surrounded by an active construction environment and collaborate closely with colleagues across different departments. Being part of this environment has allowed me to become familiar with construction safety practices, OSHA-related procedures, and the importance of maintaining a safe and compliant jobsite.

Before this, I worked at Taylor Farms as a Safety Supervisor, where I gained hands-on experience supporting safety procedures and promoting an environment of safety among employees. This role helped me develop a strong knowledge of workplace safety practices and reinforced the importance of following proper procedures to prevent accidents.

I am currently working toward obtaining my OSHA certification to further strengthen my knowledge of safety regulations and best practices. I am a fast learner who adapts quickly to new responsibilities and environments. I am very proactive, and I often take the initiative to complete tasks and solve problems without needing to be asked. I am eager to continue learning and to contribute my skills, energy, and strong work ethic as a Safety Representative.
