1976 to 1983 worked for MSI started out as a coder then a rater then endorsement clerk, supervised a team converting paper files to microfiche and then personal lines underwriter for 2 years.

1983 to 2021 worked for Northfield Insurance. Started as policy entry for 6 month and then as an underwriting assistant. Supported both E&S and commercial trucking. I had my own authority to underwrite smaller E&S policies and up to 5 unit commercial policies. Also did inspection review, file audits, endorsement review, followed up on underwriters suspense items. Was promoted underwriting assistant 2, then 3, then 4 and finally to Sr Technical Account Manager. I assisted with training of new employees and new underwriters. Cleared and entered Northfield Solutions new business submissions, entered endorsements, entered premium audit endorsement into the system when processing needed help.
