- Led a team of 3 MDs, 2 ODs, and 8 technicians to run a smoothly operated LASIK clinic providing comprehensive care for patients. Created large network of connections with KOLs in ophthalmology cross country through networking and collaborating on cases and participating in monthly grand rounds.
- Developed and executed successful clinical programs, significantly improving patient outcomes.
- Performed advanced diagnostic procedures, ensuring accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans. Trained on various lasers and equipment and achieved certification and build relations with Alcon and J&J reps in the area. Worked directly with the MD on Wavelight Intralase and Femtosecond lasers, which gave me a rare opportunity and insight into surgical procedures.
- Created and led outreach and marketing events in community to gain new patients and to educate on LASIK and PRK.
- Stayed current with industry advancements through regular participation in continuing education courses and professional conferences.
- Utilized data analytics tools to identify trends in patient populations and tailor interventions accordingly for maximum impact on health outcomes.
- Developed and updated policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with guidelines relating to HIPAA, benefits administration and general liability.
