Bill Bagwell

Responsible for all operational areas for a 70,000 sq. ft. distribution center providing marketing and promotional products to over 200 clients including Microsoft, Amazon, Nissan/Infiniti, Guaranteed Rate Mortgage, and others. Annual revenue approaching $100M.

Manage a staff of 35-40 including an assistant manager and three departmental supervisors, providing coaching, performance evaluation and taking disciplinary action per company policy where required.

Track KPIs against team goals on a monthly basis and calculate incentive payouts based on performance.

Spearhead problem resolution and continuously seek process improvements to enhance service levels.

Maintain inventory integrity through daily cycle counting and annual physical inventory.

Enforce all OSHA safety regulations and oversee regular maintenance of warehouse equipment.
