- Generated monthly email blasts to send out Account Receivable(AR) balances due to our dealers who were setup to pay their monthly bills via ACH. We sent out 350 to 400 emails per month.
- Setup dealer ACH pull accounts in bank template for review and approval. Worked with our Sales team to follow up on ACH payment rejections or problems.
- Posted payments received via check and ACH, from dealers into our AR system. Followed up with dealers on posting issues and worked with Sales force to resolve differences.
- Reconciled AR bank account to the general ledger and to our AR system(SCS). Prepared monthly listing for management highlighting any issues that could require a journal entry for the month.
- Prepared monthly AR Aging report of outstanding balances. I then forward this report to management and worked with our Sales department to get the older balances collected.
- I also worked with the dealers to provide them with detail on their outstanding AR balances.
- I was also the AR representative, working with IT, Sales and product services, went new dealer groups were brought on board and changes were requested.
