  • I Oversaw the daily operation of Gear Machining, Heat Treat, and Gear Measurement by utilizing 3 Pillar, FMDS, TBP, and TPS.
  • Lead Production GL for the successful launch of the Rav4 project. This was a cap up project for 740K. This included cross functional work with Maintenance, Quality, Production, IL, and Engineering to accomplish this goal while the current line ran normal production. Task included revising STW, leading heat treat changes, documentation creation, Kaizen, and TM training for the new ratio.
  • HV4 Gear Project. Instrumental in HV4 launching with bronze status in all pillars. Led production trials in Gear and Heat Treat. Trained TMs on new machines and technology. Led 3 pillar and FMDS activity for all of gear post SOP.
  • Pilot Group Leader for HV5 Gear – In charge of training and setting of 3 Pillar/FMDS systems for Gear and Heat Treat. Created all documents for 4S, OM, STW, and Cutting Point.
