Process Inspection

• Pilot Leader Led setup of all Production Lineside Labs in HEV1. Led 3 key areas to bronze status is 4S, STW, and Battery Manufacturing Management before handover. Mentored newly hired Group Leaders and Managers on the Toyota Way.

Module Assembly

• Pilot Leader Led TM training in JH Pre and Post on processes, 4S, Battery Manufacturing Management, and QMS requirements. Led overseeing systems and line setup. Worked with engineering on line layout and setup of new OCV4 area. Led QMS development. Led module kaizen group.

• I Oversaw the daily operation of Gear Machining, Heat Treat, and Gear Measurement by utilizing 3 Pillar, FMDS, TBP, and TPS.
• Lead Production GL for the successful launch of the Rav4 project. This was a cap up project for 740K. This included cross functional work with Maintenance, Quality, Production, IL, and Engineering to accomplish this goal while the current line ran normal production. Task included revising STW, leading heat treat changes, documentation creation, Kaizen, and TM training for the new ratio.
• HV4 Gear Project. Instrumental in HV4 launching with bronze status in all pillars. Led production trials in Gear and Heat Treat. Trained TMs on new machines and technology. Led 3 pillar and FMDS activity for all of gear post SOP.
• Pilot Group Leader for HV5 Gear – In charge of training and setting of 3 Pillar/FMDS systems for Gear and Heat Treat. Created all documents for 4S, OM, STW, and Cutting Point.

• DAT1 Gear Machining Pilot Project – Instrumental in setting up 740 gear through project phase and into successful launch.
• DAT1 Gear Machining – Post SOP – worked to improve KPI through RC/CM Activity and kaizen on various machines such as the lappers, lathes, and Mitsubishi grinders.
• Established a new line through development of 3 pillar system management.

• U660 Pilot Project – Implement 3 Pillar systems as well as training for new TMs joining the project.
• AT2 Aluminum Machining – Became a Key Trainer as well as 4S and OM leader
• Developed systems and implemented kaizens that led to multiple silver 3 Pillar certifications across three lines
• 2017 NATQC Champion

• GR Short Block Assembly – As a new TM, I was able to learn a lot about the Toyota Way and introduction to 4S and STW.
• GR Crank/Cam Machining – Developed troubleshooting skills through training
