
I have been in the Customer Service business since I began working at the age of 17. I am a husband and a father of two. Through many trials and tribulations I have been able to achieve success and provide a stable home for my family. I have been able to build multiple teams due to my ability to connect with my team and get them to trust in the direction I lead them.
After opening our 3rd location soon after I came back to the company, it was made clear we would not be growing anymore. With the sudden stop in growth, I decided to make a move to another company. I was hired on as a General Manager for the Foley location. In my first 9 months, I was able to change the culture of the store which had not had any success in the last 6-7 years. We went from a bottom 10 store to a top 10 store. Because of the rapid turn around I was offered a Multi-Unit position after 9 months of being employed. I was given 2 more stores. Located in Daphne and Fairhope. We opened Fairhope 2 months after my promotion. After about 18 months my area became one of the top rated areas in the company. In 2025, I was the highest ranked Multi-Unit Manager in our franchise of 90 stores.
After winning custody of my daughter, I made the decision to move us back to Daphne, AL, as she was struggling in the current school system. I was hired back on as a Training Manager for Popeyes. I assisted in training all new manager candidates. I also assisted in the continued training of General Managers in the 2 locations we had.
I completed home inspections for current and potential customers and offered services based on the customer's needs. This ranged from Termite protection, Pest Control, and specially treated insulation to put in attic.
Certain life events led me to move back to my home in Daphne, AL. I transferred to the Orkin in Mobile, AL. My duties were the same as when I worked in the Gulfport, MS branch.
At this time I decided to branch out of the food business and try something new. Some of my responsibilities are as such.
In January of 2019, me and my family decided to move back home. I took a job as an Assistant Manager. My duties consist of the same when I was previously a manager for this company.
In July of 2013 I was offered a position in Daphne, AL as an Assistant Manager for another Popeyes. I took the offer because it was a new company and had a lot of room for growth. After 2 years of service to this new company I was promoted to General Manager. I held this position 3 years. Some of my achievements were as such.
After my first 3 months as an Assistant Manager I was given a raise due to my quick development and attention to detail. Our Drive Thru times seen a decrease. I helped maintain a successful food cost. After 3 months my General Manager had let me take over inventory in the store and staffing of the restaurant. Some of my achievements were as such.
I started out as a regular crew member. I quickly learned all the positions in the store. I was a dedicated employee for about 7 years. In my 7th year I decided I wanted more myself and my family and decided to work towards management. I was immediately promoted to crew leader, and in about 1 year when a position opened up in my company I was promoted to Assistant Manager. Some of my achievements were as such.
