- 28 different meetings with each department and our partners to learn what it takes to run a successful show.
- Office Space Project - Going around each office space to introduce myself and record a layout of what office spaces were available. Turning the hard copy into a digital layout of the spaces.
- Joined in on Pre-con, operations, and event planning meetings.
- Supported staff members in their daily tasks, reducing workload burden and allowing for increased focus on higher-priority assignments.
- Helped set up the quarterly "huddle" meeting.
- Walked show floors with the senior staff. Focused on emergency exits, security, and layout of the show.
- Helped the Marketing Department with inventory tracking.
