
My name is Blanca Duran my current position is a Life Enrichment Coordinator. I have been in this management position for 2 years now. A LEC is an activity coordinator that creates events and activities for residents and families to gather in and join their time and create a positive quality of life for the elderly. I also handle many other things that are required such as monthly budgets.
In my previous jobs prior to this one , I was a housekeeper for almost 1 year . In all my other jobs have found myself in a Supervisor position or management. I am a dependable person. I believe in time management and being punctual. I’m very diverse when working in my work environment. I am a team player and work well with others . I have always been the go to person with others in my work setting . I’m willing to handle any task that is given to me and complete it in a timely manner.
