Proficient in visual inspection tuning inside of SVIM observer (Seidenader), as well as creation and tuning of recipes dealing with CCIT (Container Closure Integrity Testing) and process implementation. Cold Storage Documentation

• Continuous improvement project consisting of creating and implementing a method for manufacturing quality to document cold storage samples during quality audits. This ensured samples remained within specification, as well as make certain only the amount of samples required were obtained resulting in more medication for patients.

VX19 (Valor Glass Pfizer Vaccine)

• Created a recipe for VX19 implementation at Pfizer Mcpherson to run on the Seidenader inspection machine. Helped with document creation including (IOQ, SOP's, OQR's and report updates) to ensure timelines were met according to PMO deadlines. Led optimizations of the recipe, which resulted in a 2% and lower reject rate for batches ran at the site (pre-second pass)
