- Born to parents who fled the war in Kosovo, I took on the role of "American Literacy Leadership" early in my youth, navigating complex systems and language barriers for my family. This instilled a discipline in me that no classroom could teach, a natural discipline that I was used to and unaware of and its value until I reached my first literacy 100 class at BMCC. While attending college I finally got to take a breather for the first time and sit down to understand the value of my literacy and naturalized discipline without thinking it was simply something I was supposed to do.
- The AI Evolution: I've been working with AI since 2020. I'll be honest: I started using it to find shortcuts. But I quickly matured past using it as a "crutch" and learned to use it as a polisher. Today, I don't rely on AI to do the work; I use it to refine my own rigorous human effort, ensuring high-quality, human in the loop results.
- The Mindset: through countless interactions and proposal of business ideas with family members and friends, I have come to understand that I have a unique and unyielding sense of optimism. Even when the evidence suggests a situation is impossible or the odds are stacked against a successful path, I will go to home Depot and buy the dirt to create the desired path to success.
