  • Started as a warranty representative working on homes/flaws missed throughout construction as well as many other repairs
  • Moved to NHO team (New Home Orientation) both this line and above were the first 2.5 years
  • Made Warranty Team Lead/Supervisor and still remain in role currently
  • Consistently working to improve the flow and feel of the Homeowners portal that I took lead on implementing
  • Dealing with homeowners in escalated situations to further assist with difficult situations
  • Implemented Homeowner Portal software for a better user experience (homeowner & in house rep) Help desk role when users needed assistance troubleshooting issues with the site, providing guidance to optimize the sites use on certain browsers, platforms etc
  • Secondary role dealing with the “Start” process, starting home after permit is pulled, coordinating with excavator and foundation team to get homes started vertical
  • Performed overhaul on with Buildpro software, making process easier to manage, easier to follow, easier to read etc.
