Robert (Bob) Wells Felton is the President and Principal of Pflu Investments, LLC, which is an Austin, Texas based Real Estate development firm. Founded in 2001, the firm is active in Central Texas markets, and has been involved in the development of a 41-acre mixed use site in Pflugerville, Texas called Wuthrich Hill. This property, which will include Multifamily, Retail and Office development, is currently beginning its 1st phase project consisting of a 293-unit Class A apartment complex expected to begin construction in the third quarter of 2025. Mr. Felton and the firm have also been active in land developments in central Texas to include the 551 lot residential development “Woodlands Park�� in Kyle, Texas and the 462 lot residential development “The Pinnacle” in Georgetown, Texas. Both are currently active with major homebuilders. Mr. Felton is thoroughly versed in all disciplines related to the Real Estate and Construction industry, having spent most of his professional life engaged in its processes. He began his career in the custom single family home building business in Dallas, Texas having built and sold over 200 homes in the North Dallas area in the decade of the 90’s. In 1993, he formed a General Contracting firm INFINCO, which achieved annual sales averaging 30 million over a ten year period, mainly specializing in office and retail construction. During this time, he also became a partner in the real estate development organization of The Limestone Group, also in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Felton responsibilities included procurement and the entitlement of sites, as well as overall control of the construction budget and the field operation. The Limestone Group successfully completed The Limestone Ranch, a 512 unit apartment project in Round Rock, Texas; The Crossroads, a 396 unit apartment complex in Houston, Texas; Ladera Townhomes in Austin, Texas and the Glen Lakes Subdivision in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Felton’s knowledge of construction cost control and value engineering were instrumental in the successful completion of each project.
