• Manage comparative sales, costs, and financial obligations
• Recruit, interview, and train all team members
• Project sales volume using advertising, trends, and local store marketing
• Coordinate local store marketing to include businesses, school fundraisers, and resident appreciation
• Supervise and maintain interpersonal relationships with supervisors, subordinates, and peers
• Order food, beverages, uniforms, and supplies
• Effectively manage payroll and timekeeping, including completion of the proper paperwork for new hires and terminations.
• Execute at 90% or better in Secret Shopper performance, maintaining a 9 or better pizza score
• Manage staff of up to 30 team members
