Bartender for one of Portland's top catering companies, hosting a myriad of high-volume events, crafting cocktails and creating an overall guest experience, while maintaining cleanliness and organization of various elite venues.

Bartender for busy neighborhood sports bar, making and delivering drinks to bartop, as well as providing table service and caring for VIP rooms and patio sections. Assisted in liquor selection and creating seasonal cocktail menus and organized cleaning projects to maintain bar cleanliness. Trained new staff and helped shift bar backs into bartenders.

Bartender at Portland's cozy downtown gem, providing both bar and table service working within a small tight knit crew. Helped create cocktail menus and drink specials, as well as a light amount of barista duties, while also featuring a classic selection of sprits and cocktails.

Bartender at the formerly busy downtown brewpub, responsible for both a busy bartop as well as bustling server well. Helped train and create a bar team that could be successful with or without me, and created cleaning schedules for both cleanliness and accountability. Developed specials as well as systems for optimal efficiency.

Responsibilities included making drinks and crafting cocktails for a busy bar as well as cocktail and server wells, including coffee drinks. Maintained Jake's rigorous cleaning standards while ensuring quality and consistency.

Bartended along side Portland's most beautiful wall of liquor, and received a whiskey education to go along with it, often hosting legendary master distillers. Created cocktails and specials, delivered table service on week days and nights.
