Has learned to become efficient, effective, and tactful in leadership, self-development and employee development, highly capable of running partial inventories daily, running full inventories efficiently, writing schedules for staff in a timely and courteous manner, highly detailed in all KPI's (check out speed, working speed, operational efficiency, inventory loss and loss mitigation, etc.), fully proficient in budget management, fully proficient in ALDI's hiring and training process for new employees, highly capable of performing in store maintenance (pallet jacks, scrubbers, shelving, rolling cooler doors, check lanes, check lane equipment, etc), and fully proficient in meeting report deadlines. Highly capable of working upward of 90 hours per week if necessary and required. Often working from 70 to 90 across the ALDI division at a number of stores as far North as store 87 in Corinth, and as far East as store 47 in McKinney. Currently in a transitional role as ASM NSL (New Store Layout) leader having completed 15 different stores in the division, 14 since early January 2025 as per the NSL project schedule.
