Dutch Bros Shift Leads ensure that the vision, culture, and core values of Dutch Bros are upheld on every shift. Shift Leads are looked to be servant leaders within the shop, communicating with leadership on any internal or external feedback.

The New Student Orientation Co-Director of Programming ensured a welcoming and loving transition to the CCU community through a vast variety of programs.

The Upper Elementary Coordinator equips children from forth through fifth grade to grow spiritually and powerfully experience the love of Christ by coordinating the administrative and logistic support for the Elementary ministry, participating in the recruitment and onboarding of volunteers, and ensuring children and their families are well-served.
