My goal as an entrepreneurship/management major is to one day own my own business. I would like to be able to work hard and prosper, but also control the work I do. Business ownership also brings financial independence, as profits generated are able to significantly surpass a fixed salary. Owning a business often leads to personal growth, as the challenges and responsibilities of running a business encourage continuous learning and development. It also offers the potential for building a legacy and leaving a lasting impact on the community and industry. Overall, business ownership brings a sense of fulfillment, financial rewards, and significant opportunity. Before ultimately becoming an entrepreneur, I would like to deal in management. Managing offers a range of valuable benefits. Effective management allows the development of resources and processes, which often lead to increased efficiency and productivity. Management also encourages teamwork and collaboration. A skilled manager can bring out the best in their team members, enhancing overall performance. Good management also cultivates leadership skills and the ability to guide others toward shared goals. I feel as though I possess the skills necessary for being a great manager, and one day perhaps even a business owner or CEO.
