Accomplishments

In my first year as Superintendent I managed the first RBC project at IFF/Dupont

I also managed the South QA Tank Farm project at IFF/Dupont

Throughout the years I have estimated and managed my team of Ironworkers, Laborers, Carpenters, and Concrete Finishers for numerous projects such as CCSD site paving, CCSD Ag building, Ely mixed-use building, UIHC AHU #9 Replacement, Corda Credit Union Concrete foundation and slab, Metro school Greenhouse foundation, Nordstrom Hazmat Room foundations and upper level slab, Bowker Pinnacle Parking lot paving.

I have also successfully estimated and managed the crews in the industrial field building platforms, additions, and equipment replacement/setting at PMX Industries, IFF/Dupont, ADM, multiple Cargill locations, West Liberty Foods, Jeld Wen Windows and Doors, Cedar Rapids Water Pollution Control Facility.
