Summary

As a Data Center Technician, I bring a blend of military and civilian experience into the field of IT. I worked with Principal Financial in their help desk role in 2019 before transitioning to full time Army National Guard support for the next 4 years. My goal is to transition back into IT after fulfilling my active duty orders. I have dedicated myself to learning as much as I can to support this goal. I am currently studying for CompTIA A+ and expect to have the certification completed by June. In my role as a Staff Sergeant in the National Guard, I have consistently demonstrated leadership and adaptability in challenging environments. I aim to leverage my technical skills, military background, and customer-centric approach to contribute to my next position within the field of IT.
