Brady Miller

• As a Shift Lead at Best Buy, I’ve been responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store during my shifts. I lead a team of associates, ensuring everyone stays on task and helping out where needed, whether that’s coaching new hires, coordinating schedules, or resolving customer issues. I work closely with my team to hit sales targets, manage inventory, and ensure accurate cash handling. I’m also hands-on with customers, stepping in to assist when escalations happen to make sure they leave happy. My role really requires me to be flexible and think on my feet, and it’s helped me develop strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Some things I was responsible for as a Shift Lead we're:

As a Valet Driver I Greeted guests warmly and provided efficient, courteous service while parking and retrieving vehicles. Developed a strong ability to safely handle and park a wide variety of vehicles, including luxury cars, SUVs, and trucks. Stayed organized with key management, ensuring quick and accurate vehicle retrieval even in busy environments. Consistently maintained a clean and organized valet area, enhancing the guest experience. Assisted guests with luggage and offered helpful information about local attractions and services when needed. Always followed safety procedures and traffic regulations to ensure a smooth, accident-free experience for both guests and vehicles.
