I started at Starbucks as a barista while in college in 2006. I learned the value in customer service and creating a culture driven through people.
In 2013 I moved to Colorado to become a multi-store trainer. That role then grew into a regional training position. The role consisted of grand opening multiple stores across the Midwest, training managers, and baristas.
I drove that store from 25k in weekly sales to 45k-50k weekly for less than a year.
Also, at that time I had the chance to develop team members into leadership roles, a retention rate of 90%, and recognized nationally for my work within the community.

24 Hour Fitness
Denver, CO
08.2016 - 01.2020
After being in the fitness world for a few years, I decided to take it further and start a career in it.
I have gained experience with 24-hour Fitness for over a year and really want to stay within the fitness world.
I have learned so much from selling memberships, (top membership consultant in my gym) talking about meal planning, personal training and weight loss coaching.
In my role as Sales manager, I took a team closing at 67% to 98% in 3 weeks.
We also changed the culture of the gym (tiffany plaza 24hr fitness) from one of the lowest numbers in the district to 9 solid months of reaching EFT- membership goals.
Putting us number 23rd ranked in the company out of 400+ clubs.
With this experience I have gained knowledge of staffing, operations, sales, and personal training.
General manager
Vasa Fitness
Westminster, CO
04.2023 - 08.2025
Started out as a GM for this company in September.
With this job, I have gained even more leadership skills.
Understanding this is a role where coaching and behavior modeling is important.
Moving to this gym just in one month, I grew this unit sales 40% above YTD by developing a new leadership team.
High focus on member retention, team development, and training.
The reason for leaving is to challenge myself and get comfortable being uncomfortable.
Multi-unit manager (DM)
HMS Host Starbucks
08.2025 - Current
In this role, I have utilized everything that I have learned from Starbucks as a store manager and District Trainer to a multi-unit manager (DM).
Before I took over these locations, Brand standards, training, clean safe ready and bev/food quality practices were not in place.
Since I have implemented those things, our portfolio is finally seeing progress.
My role is to assist/lead store managers with seeing the opportunities within their business, development, coaching and routine coffee walks, and still creating that culture of warmth and belonging.
