  • Manage a Corporate Payroll team which includes the Payroll Manager and a Payroll Specialist, providing training and guidance to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing of 37 semi-monthly individual payroll's for 4072 employee's. I process Eduro Corporate payroll also.
  • Manage a team of 36 HR/Payroll employees in different states with assistance from the Eduro HR Director and regionals.
  • Ensured compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws by staying current on regulations and updating policies accordingly.
  • Successfully transitioned and implemented 3 payroll systems for 4,200 employees, achieving a 95% reduction in payroll processing errors.
  • Prepare employee records and reports for Legal. weekly.
  • Manage Workers comp, high level, oversee the 36 facilities and ensure compliance.
  • Mange PBJ reporting, monthly meetings and the quarterly submission. I use Votive, a third party vendor for help scrubbing the data and submission. When I took PBJ on in 2024, Eduro had 20 facilities at a one star. We are currently only have 14 and so many so close to two.
  • Responsible for all PBJ audits for the company, 1 or 2 a month.
  • Manage all acquisitions and divesture's when it comes to Payroll. everything from the Paycom contracts to implanting Eduro's policies and procedures to oncoming facilities, Local HR/Payroll and Department heads.
  • Create, manage the onboarding in Paycom, forms, taxes, state specific forms for each facility.
  • Oversee garnishments, unemployment for all facilities.
  • Responsible for implementing scheduling systems with outside vendors, anyone needing file feeds, EDI etc.
  • Implemented the 360 401K file feed from our vendor to Paycom in January 2026 saving so much time in Payroll/Benefits reconciliation and audits.
