Our mission is to increase the number of young men of color to attend and graduate from colleges and universities.

I'm In charge of 25 senior students. I conduct mentorship sessions, with each of them, every two weeks. In these sessions we have a wellness check in, a GPA and grade check in, engagement with the program check in, and a time for questions and final last comments. After this I give each of their parents a phone call and let them know exactly what occurred during our session with the notes I took. Last year every one of our seniors went to college.

I am in charge of conducting the after school study hall as well; these are every Mondays and Wednesdays.

For a Lead mentor, we are are trained and eager to serve our brothers in guiding them through the college application process and the student financial aid application. We are also able to provide scholarships to our senior and junior young leaders. We also make parent phone calls to inform them of upcoming college campus tours and community engagement events.
