I Train Muay Thai at limitless brazilian jujitsu 3-5 times weekly as well as run 4-5 Miles the day of. I also strength train 5-6 days a week with a push-pull-leg split. I don't dread these things in the slightest, exercise is what gets me up in the morning and is my big why reason to keep my life moving forward!
