  • Developed documentation for IT processes, streamlining troubleshooting procedures and knowledge sharing.

Security Officer

Berkshire Health Systems (BHS)
10.2014 - 06.2023
  • I began my career at Berkshire Health Systems at age 16, working as a dietary aide in the kitchen, and had worked my way up to a Lead Officer in the Security Department. I take great pride in the fact that, with hard work and dedication, I was able to start at the bottom of a company and work my way up. Loyalty to the company I work for is important to me, as well as striving to help build a positive work culture.
  • As Lead Guard I oversee a team of four other Officers. During any crisis situations, I am who they look to for leadership and guidance; I am responsible for making decisions in these situations. The safety of not only my officers but the entire hospital is a great responsibility and provided me with valuable leadership experience as well as knowledge in building and functioning as a member of a team.
  • Working as a member of the Security Department has given me a unique skillset that includes working in a high stress environment and being able to think under pressure. Interacting with a wide range of people in a variety of emotional states has made me well rounded in being able to de-escalate various high stress and even violent situations.

Police Officer

Town of Dalton
01.2017 - 06.2017
  • Law Enforcement and Crime Prevention
  • Traffic Enforcement and Accident Investigations
  • I was trained at the police academy to use critical thinking skills to problem solve and overcome obstacles. While working for the town of Dalton, a small-town police department, it was important to be able to handle situations both independently and as a team. I carry all the lessons I have learned in law enforcement with me in both personal and professional matters.
