- Promoted to roadway superintendent in 2024, I oversaw much of the work at our MCO Project which has done really well.
- Most recently I was moved to our Neptune rd. project to help get it back on track.
- As a superintendent my role has been to coordinate with the crews and subcontractors on the plans for the next two weeks, order materials and trucking for the project and ensure safety standards are being upheld throughout the project.
- I pride myself on being able to identify the small details that may be an obstacle for the project moving forward and find solutions.
- Thinking ahead has really helped me to do my job more efficiently.

- Oversaw earthwork operations such as digging ponds, placing embankment and finish grading.
