I started receiving this award, several times, 6 months after my hire date until I left, for being the top agent on our team, exceeding metrics and customer surveys. The rewards for this were monthly and we would receive gift cards, points to redeem for items we wanted from a catalog, extra break/lunch time (paid), among other bonuses and incentives.
