From an early age of 5, my parents enrolled me into Martial arts not knowing the huge impact this would have on my life. I excelled in moving on to the next belt, winning tournaments I competed in, and achieving my black belt within two years of starting. I would go then on to becoming a World Champion in taekwondo 4 times by the age of 17 as well as achieving 3rd degree black belt . With this I learned discipline, perseverance, and the ability to never give up on anything I wanted to achieve in life . I have a very tough mindset, and love to help others see life in the way I do . Now as mother and wife i needed to find a way to incorporate all the life skills and tough mindset that i have from the many years of discipline from martial arts, so i took on running in 2019 and have never looked back. I have fallen in love with the running community and people that are involved which has led me to participate in many half and full marathons. Every day i push to become the best athlete i can as a runner and hope to one day be able to complete marathons in elite times.
For the last 10+ years I have been home with my children helping them to grow, develop, and thrive. I do whatever is needed to make sure all my children’s, husbands and household needs are met.
