I bagged food a lot when we had a lot of orders because my location was directly off a highway and the most trafficked in my small town. I also did cashier work a lot and got very experienced at it. I am used to cleaning the entire facility, such as sweeping, wiping down tables, and mopping the entire restaurant. In terms of food, I mainly only did fries, but also made drinks and other items. I am used to laborious processes because of this.
Due to what I had to do, it was normal to wash hands every single time as well as mostly have gloves on. Food safety was taken very seriously and we were monitored.
