Petroleum Supply Specialist

  • Actively serving with the US Army Reserves, handle bulk fuel deliveries, transfers, and fuel farms/ fuel points.
  • Helped NCOIC handled fuel point on deployment to Poland for European Deterrence Initiative, cross trained 88M MOS on how to handle fueling operations before deployment.
  • On deployment was tasked with handling the fuel point ran smoothly and operated at full capacity with little to no spills, as well as handling the fuel accountability.
  • AT in Spain to cross train Spain's Army on how to conduct our Aviation Fueling, and Hot Refueling processes.
  • Provided training for personnel on proper methods for storing and handling fuel supplies.
  • Currently back with the 146th TC in Ogden UT, still hold the MOS 92F. Will be attending re-class school for 91B Diesel mechanic in July, currently the only lower enlisted within our maintenance platoon. Getting a lot of hands on cross training, with maintenance assists changing wheel seals, oil changes, parts inventory and monthly maintenance work orders.

  • when I first joined in 2017 our unit was not going live with fuel, Instead of doing the job i was MOSQ for I joined in with the maintenance team. And helped them with there work for the first three years of my contract until I was deployed in 2020. My knowledge of mechanical work stemmed from that first three years mainly seeing our unit was at full capacity so there was no shortage of work orders. Although I may not have the most experience in the field I do learn quickly and take the extra initiative to be proficient in whatever task I am asked to complete. As of right now I am the only solider other then my leaders that are tasked out complete the work orders that are in place until further soldiers are assigned to the unit.
  • Tested, diagnosed, and repaired malfunctioning components.
