  • For the Xanterra Travel collection I cooked for " Russells Kitchen " as well as " Nells Diner " helping lead cooks & executive chefs prepare orders for customers in the restaurant working
    with all meats seafood, lamb chops, & Bison patties in the lodges kitchen. Preparing slicing vegetables according to recipes on
    the menu. Opening the diner for breakfast service by setting up hot wells for breakfast wraps &
    sandwiches, buffets, closing by wiping down surfaces sanitizing surfaces & mopping the floor after dinner service
    & labeling storing food for next day prep. Living remotely & relocating from one lodge to another within the Glacier National Park.

  • Theres the washers & the laundry attendant positions which I currently am working the attendant position organizing to fill up clean orders of sheets, bath towels & table dining linen in bins in the middle of the summer the orders were higher, now the lodges are all closing so we are winding down my contract ends on the 27th of September 10 days from now, looking to relocate I am currently receiving employee housing in a nice cozy cabin

  • My biggest achievement would be how I kept my mind organized with orders & focused perfecting the timing with serving plates in the little time I spent working here theres a first time for everything
