- For the Xanterra Travel collection I cooked for " Russells Kitchen " as well as " Nells Diner " helping lead cooks & executive chefs prepare orders for customers in the restaurant working
with all meats seafood, lamb chops, & Bison patties in the lodges kitchen. Preparing slicing vegetables according to recipes on
the menu. Opening the diner for breakfast service by setting up hot wells for breakfast wraps &
sandwiches, buffets, closing by wiping down surfaces sanitizing surfaces & mopping the floor after dinner service
& labeling storing food for next day prep. Living remotely & relocating from one lodge to another within the Glacier National Park.

- My biggest achievement would be how I kept my mind organized with orders & focused perfecting the timing with serving plates in the little time I spent working here theres a first time for everything
