Began my 6 year career at SCP stocking shelves in Large format Grocery stores. After a 4 month period, I began my sales profession for the next 3.5 years on the downtown Savannah Off Premise Route.

Within the 3.5 years on this route I learned how to

•Manage a route with help of management

•Create a sales pitch tailored to the customer to generate a sale

•Utilize the sign making shop to put tags within accounts, promos up, and display pieces as well

In June of 2023, I was promoted to On Premise Sales Representative which included:

•Handling the ordering of the JW Marriott on River street

•Create cocktail menu’s and drink specials for accounts who didn’t have a direction

•take over tap share within accounts from competitors

• The duties of a sales professional include
• Being able to listen to customers in order to get them in the correct vehicle
• Having to deal with customers who may not be able to afford certain vehicles but still trying to do everything we can to get them in a vehicle
• Having to take road trips to pick up vehicles for customers and bringing them back

• Three weeks into being a sales associate, I was asked to become a shift lead in order to help the store manager. This included
• Holding the keys to the store and making sure it was locked every night
• Taking in inventory off the shipment and putting every item into our system to ensure they were priced correct and ready for the floor
• Taking any irate customers and making sure they were leaving our store satisfied

• Whenever the course needed help I would be the first one to offer my assistance. This included
• Taking any trash off the course
• Raking sand traps and weed whacking shrubs
• Help management with any requests they had
