- Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant and guide them to their tables
- Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant.
- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate seating and ensure timely service.
- Assist with various front-of-house tasks, including taking reservations, answering phone calls, and ensuring cleanliness of the dining area.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve and guest concerns or issues in a professional manner.
