As a quality assurance agent, my job was to audit sales made by the reps who made the sale. I made sure they sold correctly, ethically, and that there were no mistakes with the account they set up. I used Excel and completed many other audits assigned to me by my boss that came up. I even held a mentor and training position with those who were hired after me.
