As an AVID Tutor for high schoolers the main focus is that students are prepared for college in a way that college students are their tutors. My role is to ensure students come prepared with highly advanced questions in which collaboratively as a group we must come up with an answer. The need for patience is very needed to help students receive the best experience during their tutoring.

To work in any form of fast food industry there is the requirement of having to be fast alongside with friendly. Such as my job requirement ranged from customer service to stocking up. While working in customer service I had to focus upon ensuring that the customer were greeted appropriately and respected kindly. As for certains I had to ensure I helped prep the store, from breakfast to lunch.
