  • My volunteer duties include serving as the Collateral Duty Safety Officer for the Lima CBOC, a member of the Unit Practice council, and completing COVID screening and testing at the Lima CBOC.
  • I serve on the PHI & Long Covid symptom evaluation project. Ensuring patients are current with preventative health, chronic disease management, and have the follow up needed for long COVID symptoms.
  • Implemented the Zio Patch (cardiac heart rhythm monitoring) process at the Lima clinic, which is cost effective for both the patients and the organization. Prior to implementation patients would have to drive to the main campus, which was a geographical burden for most. The process included writing the policy/procedure for the Lima CBOC and training of all staff.
