As a CSR my roles are routing, billing, filing, printing work orders etc. My main responsibility is answering emails keeping our customers updated about the orders in our queue. I will also be sending daily reports and end of day reports. I do mid month and end of month billing every month. Scheduling pickups at our facility for our customers products is daily emails with carriers. Keeping my files neat and organized to make sure when customers ask for any kind of paperwork I know exactly where it is.

As a program leader, my role is to have 30 students and help them with their homework making sure their grades don’t drop and if they do give them the extra support that they need, I was also in charge of the sports. I was the volleyball, soccer and basketball coach. I always wanted to give the students a little push to make sure they keep their grades up and being the coach was a good way to do it. I loved working as a program leader, many of the students tell me they see me as another mom or big sister, because I’m always there for them, I care about helping them get their grades up and making sure they graduate.

customers and helping when they couldn't find a seat or a food item. Being a server

helped the most with customer service and learning the right way to talk to a person. I always tried to take my time with each customer so they can feel happy with the service and want to come back. I had many regulars ask to sit in my section.
