As a Service Assistant, I became a strong member of the Front of House Service Team in a short time. I drastically improved Loaner Car organization, I continue to set standards on Lot cleanliness, and have earned the right to use my best decision on most actions. I would like to expand on these roles and become a Tesla Service Advisor. I believe I'm an unique candidate as I have the ability to fulfill this position as well as maintain and improve the Loaner Car program myself. I understand the direction Tesla wants to go with customer interactions in service, I think my ideas on Lot organization and Loaner Car control would compliment future processes perfectly.
