  • Lead shift at the dock guiding associates to unload freight from trailers, move pallets to necessary locations to be thrown or binded to specified sites, and met standard of work expectations by achieving desired rate/carton goal every night
  • Directed associates to safely and efficiently throw an average of 12,000+ cartons per hour
  • Maintaining a flow of 80% OBS and 20% dock-sort to ensure flow stays consistent; supplying outbound and vendor receive with a healthy volume
  • Set records for throwing more than 131,000 cartons in one 10 hour shift
  • As well as set the record as a site for most cartons thrown in a week at 1.6 million during peak; averaging 1.2 million weekly.
