Bret Mann

I began my 19 year Vacation Ownership career at the Welk resort in Escondido on November 8th, 2005 as a Sales Agent on the blended line. I earned the Rookie of the year award for 2006, having written $1,516,000 which ranked me 6th overall. In 2007, I was one of six chosen to pilot the first inhouse line in company history. I consistently maintained a 30% close and 5k vpg. It was around 2008 that I was asked to become a T.O. or ASM. and began closing Deals and Mentoring the team, as well as training. I was privileged to have the chance to Mentor and shape the direction, and success of the likes of Ray Amiri, Justin Sizelove, Shannon Mann, Salem Salem, Mike Miller and many others that have become Leaders throughout our Company. I then was asked to return to the Inhouse line to T.O. there. In 2012 I Moved my family to Cabo San Lucas Mexico, working for Villa Group, I was promoted from fronter to closer on my second day on the sales line, and became the top closer for Villa Group. I then was recruited by Jeff Slusarek to become Sales Manager of Cabo Azul for Diamond Resorts after it was acquired from Pacific Monarch and helped lead that team to number 1 for the West region.

I returned to the Welk, and the inhouse line in November 2013 and achieved more success.

In 2016, I was recruited by Worldmark by Wyndham, by former Leaders from Welk, and immediately became a top sales agent. In 2017, I earned the first of it's kind, Dual Agent award from Wyndham, having won two separate brands in one year. Top agent for Worldmark and Shell vacation club in the same year.

Jeff Slusarek asked me to return to the Welk on October 22nd, 2018 and I returned to Member Relations. I earned the Top Sales Agent award company wide for 2020. I have been consistently performing since.

I earned the Top Sales associate title for 2017 for Worldmark by Wyndham as Well as Shell Vacation club in the same year in my region.

I was Sales Manager and the Top Sales Agent for Shell in at the Park.

• Organized regular sales meetings to review progress, share best practices, and set achievable targets for continued success.

Started as a Frontline agent but was promoted to closer on my second day on the line. Achieved the top closer title and was asked to become Director of Villa Del Palmar in Cancun Mexico.
