Microwave Networks, Inc. designs, manufactures, sells, implements, and maintains Public Safety Backhaul Network solutions for Federal, State, County, and Local Governments. Responsibilities include all business activity for assigned territory including but not limited to; forecasts, budgeting, design, sales, implementation, maintenance, customer service and marketing.

Manage and lead a team of Design Engineers, Project Managers, Installation Technicians, and Customer Service Representatives.

Responsible for all relationships and revenue generation in the Mission Critical Communications market. Customers include State, County, and Local Governments, as well as large Healthcare providers such as the Mayo Clinic.

Responsible for all business activity in Southeast MN. Responsibilities include but not limited to; Budgeting, Sales, Network Design, and Customer Service.

Managed a team of employees including business to business sales professionals, network technicians, as well as retail sales and customer service personnel.

Served as volunteer President Goodhue County Chapter of Pheasants Forever.

Managed, recruited, and helped motivate an extraordinary group volunteers. Gained valuable experience in fundraising, land acquisition, grant applications, public / private conservations partnerships, and effective conservation advocacy.
