NWC Head Coach of the Year 3X

As a head high school basketball coach, I was known as a transformation coach. Each team I took over (three programs) were in the middle of no recent winning when I arrived. Schools I took over prior to arrival had 7 wins in 7 years, 3 wins in 3 years & my final school was in a 25 year state tournament drought after winning 8 State championships in the 90s/early 2000s. At each school we made it to final four, we won league titles, division titles & completely changed the schools program, the culture & the success. That led to many coaching awards, team awards & recognition.
