• As a Learning Trainer I was responsible for the coordination and execution of associate onboarding programs, providing a welcoming, exciting, and engaging new hire experience. Maintains expert-level knowledge in at least two departments; evaluates and improves processes within work areas; refines learning tools and develop and audit training plans, help recruit and train instructors, and manage and support them with career development in process and pit training. Familiar with hydrogen fuel cell operated pit equipment; fork lifts, reach trucks, order pickers and electric pallet jacks. Monitor adherence to the established training programs to ensure standard work in the training programs are followed. Worked with operations to inure the goals are met within a timely matter.

• Presented training information via role playing, simulations and team exercises.

Performed daily,weekly, or monthly cleaning services to commercial properties. Including general cleaning ,floor and carpet care, implementing disinfecting processes for daycare centers multi unit residential properties
