Finding solutions for customer back orders with Unit Down situations. Using drawings and parts book knowledge to help customers find alternate solutions for machine down situations.

Also I monitor Machine Down Reports that are submitted by customers. I support both internal and external customers with technical related questions.

I was a valued inspector and some of my main job function were Shipped in Error claims, Small and Major component reclass, Overseer of inspection orders and email box dedicated to working with internal and external customers finding solutions for quality problems. Some of my skills in inspection were:

• Reading drawings
• Parts book applications
• First piece inspections from new vendors

I held several positions within the warehouse which include In bound receiving, Out bound shipping Export and Domestic, and Cycle inventory. I was a trusted team member with excellent production and error rate metrics.
