My background is in both Sales and Project Management. I held both positions for 5 years with Sommers. I was responsible for costing and margin and making sure those margins were held through the end of the project, I gathered costs from the factories and the subs. I was the facilitator on the project to the client on the SOW and scheduling. I drafted the contract along with the delineation of responsibilities to assure there was zero confusion on the SOW. I have crane set units on crawl space and full foundations. I have pit set units to bring to grade. I have done sidewalks , ramps and parapet if required.
