As part of the Security team at Wynn/Encore Resorts, some of my job responsibilities would entail:

• Developing and implementing security policies and procedures to ensure the safety of guests and employees
• Overseeing security staff and managing their performance and training
• Investigating incidents and security breaches and taking appropriate action to resolve them
• Coordinating with local law enforcement agencies to ensure safety of the resort
• Responding to emergencies and providing support to guests and employees during crisis situations
• Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to security
• Providing regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of security at the resort
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, employees, and law enforcement agencies
• Coordinate and monitored sporting events, concerts, and festivals, ensuring the safety of attendees
• Establish strong working relationships with venue management and build consensus on their roles within the event security plan

As part of the Security team at Resorts World Las Vegas, some of my job responsibilities would entail:

• Ensure everyday safety and maintenance of firearms
• Responsible for providing support to the senior security management, as well as property executives
• Perform administrative duties to include Kronos, Virtual Roster, shift count, charge-backs, attendance, back of house report, pre-shift brief and other admin duties assigned by leadership
• Monitoring security cameras and other security equipment to identify potential threats
• Maintaining records and reports on security-related incidents and activities

As part of the Security team at Wynn/Encore Resorts, some of my job responsibilities would entail:

• Respond to emergency situations throughout the Wynn/Encore Property
• Minimize opportunities for a loss and damage
• Escort high profile VIPs and government figures
• React to disturbances and prohibited conduct
• Responsible for maintaining the safety and compliance initiatives of all guests and employees
• Evaluated credentials of personnel and provided temporary visitor badges
• Warned persons of rule infractions or violations and evicted violators from premises
• Delivered medical aid to individuals in distress to prevent deterioration prior to arrival of paramedic
