Currently serving as the Director of Admissions and Communications for Helene Fuld College of Nursing. Operating in a fast-paced environment offering highly sought nursing certifications and degrees. Responsible for strategic planning and vision for all functional areas within the Office of Admissions, including the planning, management, and evaluation for all undergraduate recruitment and admission activities.

Essential Functions:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the enrollment funnel including the development of the prospect and inquiry pools, conversions, application processing and review, and yield.
• Use and apply data analysis to maximize the recruitment of applicants.
• Chair of the Admissions & Recruitment Committee that reviews applicants on a case by case basis.
• Coordinate and facilitate on campus and virtual open house events.
• Develop, manage, and create content for all college affiliated social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter in effort to better promote and inform audiences and potential applicants about the college and its nursing programs.
• Work closely with the Vice President of Enrollment Management to identify, recruit, and enroll freshmen, transfer, and adult students from both traditional and non-traditional markets.
• Manage timeline schedule, relevance, and accuracy of all admission print, digital, and website communications.

• Centenary University is a small private liberal arts college that offers over 50 different academic programs.
• Through a broad range of recruitment efforts, informed prospective students about Centenary University and guide them through the admissions process.
• Educated prospective students about the university by attending college fairs, orchestrating campus tours, contacting inquiries, and delivering presentations to high school faculty and high-school students.
• Initiated and facilitated an update on Centenary University’s Naviance profile page, which included updates on the university’s majors, student organizations, and profile pictures.

• Maternity-leave replacement for a Monroe Township High School Guidance Counselor for the 2015/2016 school year.
• Returned for another maternity leave replacement position for the 2018/2019 school year.
• Monroe Township HS serves 2400 students in grades 9-12.
• Assisted students with broad range of activities, including course scheduling, facilitating group counseling sessions, organizing, and administering state mandated testing and SAT testing, supporting seniors in their college search, and writing letters of recommendation.
